Not mono

Just a tree and a few birds silhouetted against a very grey sky.

The rain held off for a little while so I could get a bit of gardening done, but it soon started to tip it down.

The rain is so welcome - I did a bit of digging where the trees have just been taken out, and the soil was as dry as a bone just 10 cm below the surface.  So we need a lot more moisture yet.
