Face to face

This rather groggy Hornet was found crawling up some curtains inside a nice sunny window. It was quite a size and caused some consternation amongst ladies meeting for tea, so I was asked to catch and remove it. This was very easy and it was released at the nature reserve this morning, joining others that breed there.
