Smile

I thought I may upload this little chap today, mainly because yesterday two people told me to smile, but i still seem incapable of that so here is this annoyingly happy little stress toy that sits next to my computer to make up for it.

Looking forward to the gym later on where I can finally get back to some proper training now I know whats going on with my knee, I hope to have sore arms and legs by the time I leave!
