Kitchen Windowsill (Flower Friday FF13)

After the excesses of yesterday and the day before - something much simpler today.

Flower Friday's twist is from the kitchen, so two plants on our kitchen windowsill,  decorative kalanchoe, and basil used in cooking.  There would have been mint too,  but Stuart used much of it in dinner yesterday and it needs time to recover!

One image focussed on the basil, one on the kalanchoe flowers, combined as a crude super simple layer mask in Photoshop.

There is an open Weekend at Chesterton Windmill tomorrow and Sunday - hopefully I can get an image for my 730th blip :-)

Edit - redid the masking to get a better, though not quite 100%, mask around the kalanchoe.
