Russian Tank

This morning we left home about 8.30 and headed to our local Methodist Church.  They were having a Hobbies Day in support of MS.  KG had some of his photos on show and I manned the computer and managed the AV's.  It was a fantastic day and loads of local talent about.  My first blip was of the Russian Tank that was being displayed in the car park..This was taken on arrival and I though great blip sorted. Once we were inside and all set up the Mecanno  guys came and set up their display.  There were very clever models but my favourite (see extra) was the tricycle.  The guy built it from a model his grandson rides and measured all the dimensions and made it to suit this grandson's build.  He said that every bone in the human body was included except for two in the ear.  This model rotated on a stand and was really fun to watch.  There was a big doll's house being displayed somebody weaving and plenty of arts and crafts.  It was a really good day and I think they have raised quite a lot of money for MS but won't know until it has all been counted.  After all this we went out for a meal with our good friends E and B.
Beautiful sunny day
