Morning cuddles

What better way to wake up than to have your rudie nudie daughters want a snuggle?

R&P came in to us at early hours this morning (before their sun was up). R said her nose was blocked and was running lots; a bit of tissue later and she went back to bed for more sleep. P said her left nostril was blocked and was running lots; a bit of tissue later, being told to sleep on her right side and she went back to bed too.

Then at 8.30am there was a rudie nudie Aj at my bedside wanting a cuddle, followed by a rudie nudie DM grinning like a Cheshire Cat, also wanting a cuddle. Seriously, there is no better way to start the day with children than snuggles in bed with them.

We had a lovely visit from my niece and her gorgeous family. We actually ended up having to wake R&P up at 10.30am!

DM, R&P went to a party while Aj and I stayed and played with my niece and her family.

DM and Peach went to visit Nanny Choochie-Face in hospital today. She's not coping too well in hospital. She perked up a bit having visitors but was a little disorientated and confused.

All in all a lovely family day.
