Notice!

A slow day today - by that I mean a slower day the normal.

The sign is an incredibly helpful one one the beach in front of the hotel. It's not until the end when confusion sets in. I personally can work out that if I turn right from here that the sea is to my left! Maybe there are some so dim of thought (never mind the presence of the big blue noisy thing right in front of you) that need to be told exactly what to do....

The morning was spent swimming with turtles in the sea. Anyone who has never seen turtles expects to see something around the size of tortoises. These wonderful and graceful creatures are in fact HUGE! They vary in size up to the oldest of around 10 years which are up to about one metre across and half as long again.
The will swim right underneath you and surprise the daylights out of you! Of course it is food they are after but get well used to people and are not in the least bit scared.

Am hoping to get some shots off someone else's underwater camera later.

Later we snorkelled over a wreck and a reef. A couple of beers then back for lunch. For such a slow day, we're all well knackered tired. Hopefully a slow afternoon is to follow.
