Burnside Bridge

What a difference a day makes, the rain arrived, for which I am grateful.  The new build on the east side of Burnside Bridge is nearly complete.  The tall tower on the other side of the bridge is Big Pink (US Bancorp Tower).  Portland is just one big building site.
