2nd Plunge of the season!

Each year Richard takes to the very cold pond.....he did his first plunge during the retreat, which i missed...so here we have him 'walking on water'.  See extra for Richard doing his balancing act!

Lots to do today, heading off this evening for a night at a hotel in Sydney cos my flights leaves at 5.30 am!!!!
