Election Day

We went up Struie Hill, a Marilyn south of the Dornoch Firth. It was breezy but fine.  The top is at the west end of the hill, but at the east end is a mobile mast or four and someone had come up and flown a Lion Rampant. As it was election day for the Scottish Parliament it seem appropriate. The big hill at the end of the firth is Ben Mor Assynt. In the afternoon we went to Black Rock Gorge near Evanton. It's amazingly narrow and deep and very damp. The extra is of moss by the gorge.
