Wherefore art thou

Some scally has dumped an Alfa outside my neighbour's house. It's a pretty car but a pain; the council are aware but will leave it for a few months just in case the owner comes back for it.

I took this photo because I wanted to look at the badge in more detail. The red cross on a white background is the emblem of Milan. the device on the right is a crowned viper eating a bloke - I kid you not! I don't think it's the kind of thing I wish to see when I go to my motor.
