A Meandering Life...

Lessons Learnt

Flying from Anchorage to Iceland means you nearly go over the North Pole. Getting there also means you cross the tundra of Northern Canada.

It is times like this I'm glad I remember some of my geography lessons and my favourite about Ox-Bow lakes.

It looks like someone has signed their name on the landscape.

For what was an overnight flight the sun didn't go down once, in fact my window was so hot I needed to cover it with blankets at one point.

I would like to thank everyone who has followed my trip to Alaska. It has been a wonderful holiday that will be hard to beat. I have over 4000 images to check through....
