The hike in

9.6 miles, 2800 vertical feet. Not bad with a full pack. The rain closing in was actually quite nice - it didn't rain too hard, it cooled off the air for the last of the hike, and it made my pictures turn out better, and it felt great while in the hot springs.

The hot springs were packed! I was amazed that that many people had hiked in. Everyone was really nice and fun to talk to though. We had an excellent first night in the hot springs with the 'wine-juice-boxes' we brought in. Had to do something special for the bachlorette party!
