Finis!

Yesterday the deck was finally finished, and only just in time. it was nip and tuck as to whether there would be a long enough window of no rain for the stain to dry, but we were lucky. So hopefully we are now in good nick for a few years.
Yesterday we had a good day at our daughter's with everybody there except I and his wife who were not able to come. He has had bad side effects from the last Botox injection which is being used to help movement in his right  leg following his stroke. Today  he is much improved, thank goodness.
