Graceful Prinia(Prinia gracilis)

A Graceful Prinia doing what it does best, hopping about, fading into the background very well. The only time this tiny little bird is very conspicuous is when the male Prinia is defending or announcing his territory from a high vantage point and singing very loudly! It has a very long tail which is how it measures 10cm in length, its actual body is probably not much more than about 6cm!
