One of our weeds is edible.

Invasive, but quite pretty too in my opinion.  The three-cornered leek is (supposedly) "a little leeky with a smidgeon of spring onion, a cheeky hint of chive and a whisper of wild garlic."

Well, yes.

Looks green to me.
