Rimini day 2

Didn't take many photos, but this is our dorm room. The whole stay we had a 6 man dorm just for us 3!

Woke 8:50 am, in time for breakfast. Cereal and juice = bliss. Headed to beach for 10 am, very sun creamed up, and planning to miss hottest part of the day. Left at 12 pm. Less wind so very hot. Bought lunch, risotto from a deli, ?3ish. Sorted out Ryanair boarding passes and decided we may not stay a night in Pompeii but an extra in Rome, and travel in one day to Pompeii. We went up to the terrace which turned out to be lovely. Fake grass and chairs and sunloungers. After a short while 3 Swiss guys came up and we chatted to them about Geneva and their travels. They wanted to apply to Uni in UK. They could speak English, French, Italian and a little Spanish. We were so jealous. We all want to really learn a language now, we feel so ignorant not knowing any.

After showers etc we headed down to the bar and shared a sweet bottle of white wine (?4 each). It tasted really good. Some rather irritating Italian boys started chatting to us. Their English wasn't perfect. They did teach us some Italian words that needless to say I have forgotten now. Chatted a bit more with the Swiss guys and sauntered up to bed. We also had dinner of roast chicken, salad, tomatoes and ketchup. Was SO good. Chocolate yoghurt for dessert (?5). Apparently 40°C today!
