I woke very, very early and, unable to get back to sleep, I went did some work.  The annoyance caused by last night's comment still rankled. These things take so much time and energy.

A day of interviewing.  We saw 5 people and happily were able to offer the post.  But it is draining to concentrate for so long.  Luckily the scaffolders from yesterday had finished their work and demitted.

An early choir practice as it is only 2 weeks to the concert but it seemed to go better than last week.  

It has got really cold.  What a change from the start of the week.
