First Attempt

... at steaming a whole fish in the wok. Ideally I was looking for a pomfret, can't seem to get one locally. This is a Turbot.

The method worked well, but I would like to try a fish with thicker flesh. We enjoyed this with rice and stir fried green veg.

Been surfing the net trying to get a summer holiday organised. Not found just what we want as yet.
