Definitely a She-Shed!

Just the job!  Isn't it wonderful?  Spotted in Charlbury, when visiting Mike's brother and family in Chipping Norton.

A lovely time catching up with them, especially six year old Katya.  I haven't had much to do with children, other than having four younger siblings, but Katya is a delight and very engaging and she was besotted with Ollie.  She wondered whether he would like to see her bedroom and collection of Sylvanian family toys?  I did have to stop her trying to put his ears into a ponytail though . . . !

Evening meal in a very nice restaurant in Long Compton, The Red Lion.  Really excellent, folk very friendly, great food, beautiful old building and again, dogs welcome.  Ollie was offered, and accepted, a roast pig's ear from the waiter!  Several other dogs were having the same, so it seemed churlish to refuse!

It's a lovely part of the world, with its wisteria draped thatched cottages and soft rolling countryside, the church bells, meandering rivers and the yellow stone.  A very attractive place for a holiday, and I wish we could see more of some of our relations, but it will be good to get home and see the sea again!
