First iPhone Fish-eye ...

Again a beautiful day. And very warm too. Important to drink a lot and eat light meals.

Today we chose for a fish-dish. Up to the cool hall of the fishmonger's shop. Loads of fish of course, a lot unknown to us and with the (unleaded) petrol burners we're limited in preparation possibilities. The burners are ON (hot) or OFF (cold) and not able for delicate simmer. But they always burn and are weather proof ...

M thought it would be funny to make a 'first iPhone fish-eye' blip of a cold store of different fishes. And that's what the picture is. To be clear: it's not an app to simulate a fish-eye effect. It's a special lens for the iPhone. You mount it in front of the camera's lens ...

The fish we bought was salmon filet with skin on one side. One minute frying on the side without skin and 3-4 minutes on the skinned side ... The dish was delightful ... ;))
