The Art of Breadmaking - MonoMonday

It's been several years since I started making my own sourdough bread and I'm still mere apprentice. I can see there are bread friendly and also unfriendly days. The quality of the final loaf depends on many factors: flour, room temperature, starter, weather, my mood :) etc.
It's simply an art with a delicious award.
