Lung Ching

A working weekend concluded by sauna and a dinner in our favourite tearoom. After a Darjeeling season here comes the season of fresh Chinese green teas. The one we are drinking is called Dragon's Well or Lung Ching and it was delicious. So was the hummus and baba ganoush dinner.
