Hitchhiker

As I raced to my car to get home in time for a tour around a potential high school for Little Miss, I spotted this little fella hanging on to the back window. Despite my haste, I dropped my gear on the ground and dug around for my camera, which I conveniently had handy.

I still made it in time, so that was good.

I feel very tired and frazzled at the moment; reports are lurking in my mind and marking is doing my head in! Triple handling results is making my blood boil.

Still, as I said to my students today, we can only change what we can change; the rest we must accept with grace!

And then I get little gifts like this grasshopper and that makes me happy. :-)
