REFLECTIONS

The theme for Mono Monday today is " Reflections".  So here are some reflections in three silver globes which live in my back garden.  Thanks to RedFlash for hosting this month.

Walked to the village this morning to the bank and Tesco.  Back home for lunch. Then down to the village again to the Health Centre to see the nurse for my yearly hypertension check up. Blood pressure was OK.  ( Well it was OK the third time she took it anyway ). She too some blood and I will get the results in due course. 

Back home again but out soon after to go to slimming club.  My weight stayed the same.  We were supposed to have a  taster night and crown our Man Of The Year.  Except our " man " was on holiday in Majorca - so we will do it next week.

The weather today was even better than yesterday - more sun and warmer.   However thunderstorms are forecast for tomorrow.
