Between fen and mountains

Ready for planting

No sooner than one crop is cut, another goes in.  These seedlings will be planted by a machine but the seedlings will be fed into channels by six workers sitting on a trailer pulled by the tractor.  It must be very monotonous looking only at the back of the tractor all day, perched on an uncomfortable seat and with no let up as the pulleys turn - worse than work on a factory line.
I am quite tired tonight after a day's Citizens Advice training.  I never realised how thorough and intensive it would be but at least it keeps the grey cells working.  Today among many other things I learnt how to spot and differentiate between prejudice, victimisation, harassment and five different types of discrimination.  It's all good stuff.
