What is a Wall?!

The info on this wall is:

This is the one and only item of Brazilian sculptors art that got my attention... another picture of the exhibition I'll add in the extra... what art is that?!
What a shame it's all so beyond creativity ~ anyway that's my view on this year's sad show of Sculptors Exhibition on Lange Voorhout in Den Haag
