Double Sun

Backblipped for 4th June

Spending time in Rothesay with a visit to the museum, which has a small but informative geology section. After delicious scone in Brechin's on Bridgend Street, which specialises in Jazz memorabilia, we crossed the road to visit the castle, which has the best view of Rothesay's answer to Lombard Street, (or the lower part at least), Serpentine Road - we had driven up it twice last night, just for fun (extra photo). Then back to Ettrick Bay to drive up the northern track to while away time before dinner.

Our B&B has a wonderful view of the sunset, so were intrigued by the appearance of an oval sun, as it sank behind the band of cloud.
