Streaming Room Only

I often bang on at great length about how modern society and technology can wind me up, but sometimes it does make life more pleasant rather than less. Take a warm July evening, with a laptop computer, watching a wireless internet stream of an Albion friendly in Copenhagen out in the balmy air; even ten years ago, it would have been science fiction.

Sadly, it looks like all the locals in Denmark preferred watching it on the internet to actually showing up at the stadium. There's always a downside. But given that we hammered them 3-0, maybe their instinct was right after all.
