Crunchy Snack

When it came to the crunch and I had to start cleaning out the mealworm box I thought I must be completely mad, however the robin and the chickens just love them. Carefully picking out the pupae and transferring them into another container wasn't too gruesome but neither was it the most enjoyable experience either. I have to say my heart isn't really in it; seeing them squirming and wriggling en masse was .....well ... yuck!
