If you really want to know about our trials and tribulations with energy suppliers and letting agents in the UK please read about it here so I haven't got to bloody well type it all again.

p.s. That table covering is very much a mixed blessing. It's waterproof, matches the kitchen units and doesn't show the dirt (;-)), but if there's a fly needing swatting - and goodness knows there are billions here - it's impossible to find it.
