Longhorn beetle

On Saturday I led a trip to the nature reserve by my local photographic club. While they were delighting in the many orchids, I was more interested in small insects that were enjoying the muggy conditions. This longhorn beetle, Grammoptera ruficornis, is quite common in the south of the UK, but it was still a new record for the reserve.
