Gripfisk

16.0C with rain all morning and showers in the afternoon. Light ENE or Easterly breeze.

After lunch Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk. Classical music on the iPod Mini on the theme of music for a rainy day. We crossed the road and made our way round to the two quays of the harbour. There were very few boats in the harbour, but as we walked along the shore side path in the long narrow park past the ferry terminal I saw Gripfisk (Bergen) come into Campbeltown loch through the channel and make for the new quay.

Walking with Maeve, being by the sea, and seeing ships in the loch definitely all fit within "anything that makes you smile" ... the theme for this week's Mono Monday.

We walked out to the end of the park and carried on out Kilkerran Road to Glenramskill, turning after the Goldsmith's studio then came back along road and the street side of the park and came home by the harbour. There were only spots of rain while we were out.
