Park Trolley

Wandering from Nepean Hospital to Penrith to catch a train back up the hill, very shortly after a rather abortive trip down the hill, I came across this gaudy red Urban Shopping Trolley. These brightly-coloured bravos appear to be a new sub-type, or perhaps (I haven't got close enough to be sure) it's just a modern affectation, and underneath they're simply a common-or garden Greater Urban Shopping Trolley, done up looking so fancy.
