The flags are out!

I went into Oswestry for my painting group this morning and noticed that there is Union Jack bunting everywhere. I don't know if it was put up for the Queen's 90th birthday or is in preparation for the town's food festival next month or possibly both.
Whatever the reason, it brightened the town on a rainy morning.
