Thistle Flower with Insects

Today's blip shows a thistle with a variety of insects on it including, I think, a small Green Shield Bug.

I have been watching the F1 Qualifying and some of the Olympics, but I almost keep falling asleep. Not surprising as I was out for over fourteen hours yesterday at the seaside, always tiring especially as we walk a lot; then I stayed up until the Olympic Games Opening Ceremony had finished. I am not good when I am tired (or hungry), but hopefully I will catch up with your journals tomorrow.
