Purple Loosestrife

UPDATE:  Seems this is Purple Toadflax not Purple Loosestrife ..... so now it's purple, does not croak like a toad and you cannot make much out of it like you can with common flax!!!!!

It's purple, it's loose and it doesn't really cause me any strife - it's a little straggly but quite pretty around the pond and in the borders.

Very quick blip this evening as I have been out all day and the late afternoon sun was shining on this nicely ....... there you have it - purple loosestrife toadflax.
