Its probably the pills, but I feel as if I've spent the day with my head in a cloud today.  The back clearly isn't going to be allowing me to resume normal life for a little while yet. While it is on the mend, it is looking as though it is going to take considerably longer than I would wish.  I shall just have to work on cultivating patience...
