Out the back

I had lunch at a new cafe friends have started. I was delighted to discover the loo is out the back door and down an alley way. They're always interesting places.

Yesterday and today I've traveled extensively into the east side of Christchurch. 5 years on it's incredibly broken and vulnerable. I suspect some of the people who live there are too.

Natural disasters aren't gone in a month or 2. Not even a year or 2. I had no idea.

This afternoon I saw the NZ movie 'Hunt for the Wilderpeople'. Brilliant. If haven't seen it make sure you do.
