Today's the day ............................. to be happy with life

This is Carol - a woman with many talents.

She's a skilled musician - she not only plays the violin, she makes them as well. She is curator of natural history at Kendal museum but she also a peripatetic music teacher. She's an artist but she's also a scientist. Being able to do lots of things isn't always a blessing - it can put lots of stress on you and pull you in different directions all at once.

We went to a celebratory party round at her house today. When I asked her what she was celebrating, she said that it was just because she had reached a stage in life when she was happy doing what she was doing.

Sounds to me like a perfect reason to have a party ................
