Seed Pods

Having got to bed late, having watched the Olympics Opening Ceremony last night/this morning, I haven't done much today.

Went to the chiropractor just to check that everything was lined up.

Fell asleep in the sun.

Blipped lots of flowers and the blue sky.

But I couldn't resist Milo with the seed pods stuck to his nose.

The thing that made me smile: Running round the garden playing Frisbee with Milo

Exercise: Did some gardening
