Black Tie and Peter Lanyon

Getting ready outside the pub for a big night out.

On my way back from meeting an acquaintance at his gallery off Bond Street. Lots of way out sculptures on show without price tags. What made us gasp was when he showed us a small picture by Peter Lanyon. Someone had bought it in the 1950's for £15 and our friend had just sold it for her for £22000. 

Some investment, eh?

I have to admit that I wouldn't have spotted it.
