I guess we'll know in 10 hours or so. Common sense has prevailed elsewhere today. Let's hope there are no last minute glitches with the referendum (some online reports of people stuck at European airports - surely what postal votes are for? - and at London railway stations, because of the weather; I have no idea if there is any discretion at all to extend polling hours ...)
