Stepping stones beneath the water....

For all of my life I have experienced stability, security, relative prosperity and peace.  What a fortunate generation we have been.

Today, what I have regarded as a substantial part of the framework for our peace has been given notice. 

Will we try to walk on the water without the footholds beneath us?      

It's disturbing!    But all we can do is to try to find the best way forward achievable.    And work for it as hard as we can.     For the sake of the children, and the children's children. 

And not buy into the self-obsessed, greedy and xenophobic narrative that some would foist upon us.
