A Bloom and Some Buds...

for Flower Friday.

Could have got a sheep, chewing its cud,
but instead got this flower and the bud.

Could have got a tomato, stuck in the mud,
but instead got this flower and the bud.

A flower of orange, and its green bud(dy),
straight from the camera of an old fuddy-duddy.

Straight from the camera of an old hill-billy,
I shot this bloom...(hint)...it's a lily.
