Snow dodge

We took the kiddies up to Leura today. Snow had fallen on Friday. We didn't expect there'd be any left, but we had some things to do in Leura anyway, places to eat, things to buy... 

Well, when we got there, and parked in our usual spot - by a nice, and rather shaded, park - what did we see but remnants of Friday's snowfall! 8) The kiddies were most excited, having never seen any snow before, and they had a whale of a time (even though it really was a very small amount, and much of it icy). There are a few shots on my Flickr, but this sticks out to me as my favourite.
