Book club prep

Given that our book group doubles as a gourmet dining club for eminent academic ladies, this evening I have been engaged in advance preparations for a feast at my flat tomorrow evening. This fruit contributes to the pudding.

Most of the day, however, I have been working my way through the responses to my 1986 undergraduate classmates to the invitation to meet for a reunion in Birmingham on Saturday 16th July. Of course, progress on such a job is slow when everywhere you turn online there is only one topic of conversation...
