Swanage Lifeboat

Today has been blip heaven. It's carnival day and we were treated to a brilliant display by the Red Arrows so I took loads of shots ! Then it was the Carnival with some amazing performers including some from London in huge colorful costumes. Took loads of shots!
But it's these guys that represent everything that is great about this place as its the brave lifeboat men who go out in all weathers and 24 hours a day to save lives off our beautiful but often treacherous coast. They are heroes. The vehicle says it all- flood rescue- a sign of what it's been like this summer. But it's gorgeous today and everyone was smiling.
