Waiting

The Punch and Judy Show has been a feature on Swanage beach since I can remember. Several times a day little and big people sit patiently for the show to begin. It's always very good but not always in such glorious weather as today.
We went for a lovely lunch up at Durlston Castle with my sister and brother-in-law and then walked back to the beach huts for tea and cake. Roberta had made a delicious lemon drizzle cake and asked if we could guess what the little black dots in the cake were. Poppy seed, vanilla seeds? No- turned out to be tea leaves. When I enquired why it was because she was turning out her cupboard and dropped the contents of a split tea bag in the cake mix. I wonder what else went in?
