Zucchini Bread

Or in other words, courgette glut cake
The courgettes are growing out of control,( a bit like those chocolate squares on the game Candy Crush)
We are off to London tomorrow so I have made two loaf cakes- one each for Ben and Kate.
It's such a good recipe so I hope you can read it if you fancy making some. In a loaf tin ( one lot of mixture per large tin) it takes longer to cook on 160c in a fan oven. Can be eaten as it is, or buttered, toasted etc.
Ps- I omit the walnuts in case anyone has a nut allergy
